About Samples Shipping


Regarding samples/package shipping, it is very important to take into account the following information:


1. All packages must contain a label with the following:

The hotel will not be liable for safe or timely arrival of packages sent to the hotel by or for individuals.

It is the individual's responsibility to check that the contents are intact. The hotel accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

The hotel will not accept cash delivery shipments. Due to limited storage areas, the hotel cannot accept any exhibit drayage packages for an exhibit company. Should an exhibitor send packages, they will not be accepted.


2. When you send the samples/ Package, let us know through which parcel company (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.) it will be arriving at the hotel.

3. Send us the shipment Tracking/Airwaybill number


4. Shipment arrival date

Note: Due to limited storage space Samples / packages can only be received by the hotel since November 1st to 5th 2016. DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport shipping and receiving department will not received shipments send before or after the above mentioned dates.


5. You have to send the form of Shipping Samples to Service Manager by fax.
